Over the years I’ve enjoyed using Chef Ina’s culinary talents from small dinner parties to larger soirées.  Ina is a creative and wonderful chef redefining personal attention. A recent event for 100 guests, to raise funds for Katrina victims included authentic New Orleans style cuisine. Those attending had only praise for her cuisine, herself and her staff.
